At TOCCA, we want you to be completely enamored with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all glass bottles and delicate components are securely cushioned for transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box, removing any previous shipping stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
